Pride in Bedford - Clean Up Days

• Volunteers can be of any age - under 16's with an adult
• All equipment is supplied - wear suitable clothing
• All safety information is given before the event starts
• No need to register before - just turn up at the event to collect equipment and receive instructions
• All volunteers receive a Pride Point - this incentive scheme means volunteers collect points for each event they attend and upon reaching milestones, will be rewarded with free swimming vouchers, Corn Exchange gift voucher and free entry to Woburn Safari etc

Race for Life 2011

Race for Life 2011 has now launched and it's hoped that 1 million women will take part in the 300 events that are happening nationally.

We are looking for volunteers to help at the events themselves (26th June - Luton, 24th July - Bedford and Stevenage).
