Funding & Development Officer

25 hours per week (Fixed term contract until March 2012) (£26862 p.a. pro rata)

Voluntary Action Luton is looking for an articulate self-starter, to become part of our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for the succesful delivery of our Big Lottery Fund Basis II project, providing a range of infrastructure support services to develop the sustainability of Luton’s voluntary and community sector organisations.

The successful candidate will have at least two years experience of providing funding/infrastructure support in the voluntary and community sector, an understanding of organisational development issues in the sector and a working knowledge of relevant quality assurance frameworks

The post is initially offered until the 31st March 2012 and is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
