Voluntary Action Luton’s Conference Room

The conference room is available between 9:00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and will hold a maximum of 30 people depending on the layout.

Member of Voluntary Action Luton

• Voluntary Organisations - £12 per hour
• Tea and Biscuits - £1 per person

Non Members

• Voluntary Organisations - £15 per hour
• Tea and Biscuits - £1.50 per person

Other Organisations

• Statutory Organisations  - £30 per hour
• Tea and Biscuits - £2 per person

Lunch can be provided at an additional cost.
