Voluntary Action Luton provides a Payroll Agency Service for monthly paid staff of not-for-profit organisations. Groups wishing to take advantage of this service must sign the agreement below accepting the terms stated and provide details of the organisation and each of the employees included on the standard forms provided.
Services provided by the Payroll Agency
- Calculation of monthly salaries according to the information supplied by the organisation and the statutory deductions.
- Provision of payslips for each staff member, either to the workplace or to their homes on a date agreed between both organisations.
- Provision of a summary statement for the organisation for payment by BACs or cheque. BACs documentation may be issued directly from the Payroll Agency if preferred, however, the Payroll Agency cannot provide cashflow.
- Completion of monthly HMRC payment slips .
- Completion of end of year returns for signature by the organisation or alternatively the provision of information for their completion.
- Dealing with staff and HMRC PAYE queries.
- Online filing using HMRC approved software.
