Developing Your Organisation

What is Organisational Development?

This section is designed to support individuals and groups with the formation of a community group or community activities.

We also aim to provide information useful for established groups that need particular expertise around a specific issue or issues

What services are offered?

  • Support around requirements for starting an organisation
  • Preparation of constitution or memorandum & articles
  • Training within management committee roles & issues
  • Preparation of draft polices e.g. Child protection, equal opportunities.
  • Development Plans (develops organisation future)
  • Mediation services (help solve problems riffs within organisations in line with governing document).
  • Help implement, Monitor & evaluation methods.
  • Support & advice on funding, (not CFI)
  • General support before, during & after the project
  • Charity registration & company registration

Who are the target groups?

We are target new groups and individuals or organisation already up and running that would like or providing a charitable service of need.
