Meeting Rooms

CVS have three meeting rooms available for hire here at the Bedford Centre for Voluntary Services for members and non-members. They are ideal for meetings and training sessions. All of our rooms are available for hire from 9am – 5pm.

Equipment Hire

CVS can hire equipment for external use (for Voluntary Organisations only), including Urns, A1 flip charts, OHP/ Screen, Display Boards & Collection tins.

Fundraising Game Hire

CVS can hire the following fundraising games, at very reasonable rates, to Voluntary & Community Groups in Bedfordshire: Duck Fishing Game, Hoopla, Wobbly Eggs and Beat the Dealer

Photocopying, Faxing, Comb Binding & Laminating

CVS can provide Photocopying, Faxing, Comb Binding & Laminating Services to Voluntary & Community Groups in Mid & North Bedfordshire.
