Items can be mailed out, at the discretion of the Chief Officer, and must be of relevance to the local voluntary and community sector.
Our current mailing is to approximately 700 local groups and contacts.
Mailings are carried out using A5 envelopes
Items accompanying a mailing (i.e Beds-Spread), incur:
- A handling charge of £25 (free for voluntary organisations who are members)

If CVS - Mid & North Beds is required to photocopy the item, this will be charged at the prevailing rate

If the inclusion of the item increases the postage, then the difference between the two postage rates will also be charged
Items sent out between CVS - Mid & North Beds mailing will incur:

If CVS - Mid & North Beds is required to envelope and stamp the item, 28p per item (more if the weight exceeds the basic postal rate)

If the item is pre enveloped, just the postage will be charged

If the item is pre-enveloped and pre stamped, just the handling charge
