If, during your daily work tasks, you lift, carry or move objects you should know how to do this correctly to help prevent avoidable back injuries, sprains and strains. This workshop will cover this and also include employer/employees responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Trainer
Valerie Murray is Training Officer with Voluntary and Community Action and has a wealth of experience in the delivery of a range of training. Valerie holds the National Examination Board of Safety and Health general certificate and is a qualified British Red Cross trainer.
Venue
The workshop will be held at Bossard House, West Street, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1DA. This venue is fully accessible. Parking is available in a pay and display car park nearby.
