E-Learning and Support for Trustees

Learning to Drive

Trustees play a vital role in our local voluntary and community sector and without their time and commitment many groups would cease to exist.

Being a trustee can be a rewarding experience. It can also be very challenging. This event will give you the chance to:

  • sign up for an interactive e-learning programme designed specifically for trustees
  • get up to speed on legal and policy issues
  • network with other trustees
  • share good practice and ideas
  • problem solve in a friendly and supportive environment
  • build your confidence as a trustee.

 Date:

Monday 29 October

 Time:

7.00pm – 9.00pm

 Venue:

Leighton Buzzard

 Speaker:

Jenny Allthorpe

 Cost:

Free

This is for you if you are ...

  • new and recently appointed trustees and committee members of local voluntary organisations and community groups
  • anyone wanting to update their knowledge and brush up on key matters affecting their role as a trustee of their group.
