This workshop is about developing working relationships with colleagues, within your organisation and within other organisations, that are productive in terms of supporting and delivering your work and that of the overall organisation.

  • Providing and receiving feedback on performance
  • The Compact and its Codes of Good Practice
  • Good Governance Codes of Practice within the voluntary and community sector
  • Performance frameworks that apply in the voluntary and community sector

Trainer

This workshop will be delivered by Phillip Stone a consultant trainer who has a wide experience of providing training to the voluntary sector. Phillip holds academic degrees and is on the Learning Skills Councils list of approved Consultancy Suppliers and has provided training for groups of all sizes. Phillip’s workshops are friendly and informal and packed with hints, tips and good ideas.

Venue

The workshop will be held at Delta House, Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1EZ. This venue is fully accessible. Parking is available in a pay and display car park nearby.

Access and Individual Requirements

If you have any specific individual requirements to enable you to attend this event please let us know. Every effort is made to meet individual requirements, which might include; a loop system, sign language interpreter, wheelchair access, handouts in large print or special dietary requirements.

Refreshments and a buffet lunch with vegetarian options will be provided.
