Voluntary organisations, community group and social enterprise are increasingly functioning in a competitive marketplace as a result more and more organisations need to turn to marketing to help them to identify and better serve their target beneficiaries needs and to increase and sustain demand for their services. Through a comprehensive approach to marketing, this workshop will look at how groups can achieve optimal use of their resources and increase their income to ensure long-term sustainability.

- look at areas such as how to improve communications internally and to beneficiaries and other stakeholders
- give you an understanding of the place and power of marketing in an organisation and will cover topics such as the marketing plan, marketing mix, developing a positioning statement and marketing audit
- help you apply practical techniques to increase the effectiveness of your organisation and apply your learning towards improved strategy, funding and sustainability.
Venue
The workshop will be held at Bossard House, West Street, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1DA. This venue is fully accessible. Parking is available in a pay and display car park nearby.
