Trustees and staff both need to ensure that money is used properly, as part of their responsibility for managing the organisation effectively. Many organisations must now provide a financial controls policy as a condition of a grant, contract, or service level agreement.
This workshop will enable you to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of your financial systems. It will show you how to set up appropriate systems to improve efficiency, reduce the risk of mistakes (lost invoices etc), and the risk of serious problems such as allegations of fraud.
