A good business plan can help you demonstrate sound planning within your organisation and to potential funders. This introductory session is for voluntary organisations and social enterprises wanting to put together their first business plan. It will explain what a business plan should include and how it can help with developing and sustaining the work of your organisation.

There will be practical exercises, handouts and a useful business planning toolkit to take away.

The workshop will be held at Bossard House, West Street, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1DA. This venue is fully accessible. Parking is available in a pay and display car park nearby.
