Training E-Bulletin

In Bedfordshire and Luton there is a diverse range of useful training opportunities for staff, volunteers and trustees at voluntary organisations and community groups. We have started to produce an electronic bulletin listing all the up-and-coming workshops, networking and consultation events that are available to local groups. You can subscribe to this bulletin by clicking on SUBSCRIBE and sending on the email that opens up.

Training Customised to Suit Your Needs

As well as the workshops listed in these bulletins there are also training providers that can run workshops on specialised issues for your organisation. These are:

alcohol services for the community (asc)

If you work with people, then our alcohol awareness training is for you! Young, old, male, female … alcohol can affect us all. Improve your knowledge of this legal drug to cascade to the people you work with. Learn how to raise the subject sensitively and effectively. Understand the process of changing addictive behaviour; how to assess and motivate to move towards a safer lifestyle.
