Become a Member!
No matter what size your organisation, whether local, regional or national, if you work with CYP&F in Bedford Borough and/or Central Bedfordshire then you can become a member of VOCypf.
VOCypf is a completely free service, with a simple registration process to become a member.
Members benefit from:
- limitless access to a wealth of information around an ever-changing children, young people and family’s agenda
- develping stron working relationships with similar organisations
- the opportunity to engage with agencies
- the ability to share resources, ideas and support amongst the 100+ member organisations
- sharing good practice and voicing their concerns
Who are the VOCypf members?
The VOCypf membership in Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire comprises a broad range of organisations including:
- Research, campaigning and training providers working at a local, regional and national level eg Family Matters Institute
- Larger organisations delivering countywide services commissioned by local authorities and/or NHS eg Brooke Advisory, Mind
- Children Centres eg Christian Family Care, Goldington Family Centre, The Children Society
- Specialist services eg Chums, Plan B, Sorted, Open Door, Relate, Ormiston Trust
- Services for children with disabilities eg Autism Beds, Mencap, Society For Cerebral Palsy, Family United Network
- Youth Organisations delivering specialist services for young people eg Youth Matters, Great Outdoors, Xers, Energise
- Faith Groups offering support and activities for children and young people eg Salvation Army, Priory Methodist Church, Santosh Refuge
- Uniform Groups such as scouts, guides etc who operate locally but are connected with national federations.
- Community Projects these can be time limited or ongoing eg Jubilee Skate Park/Wooden Hill, Bedford Creative Arts
- Sports and Activity Clubs eg NACRO, Viking Kayak Club
