- Response to Redundancy Short Courses - Fully Funded
Do you have employees who are under notice of redundancy or
newly redundant? If so Protech Training Services have a service which will help you to
support them through this difficult time.
In addition, if you have staff being made redundant and vacancies
in other areas of the business, Protech will be able to re-train or up-skill
employees to enable them to be re-deployed into these roles,
thereby reducing your redundancy costs and the pain of parting
with a tried and trusted colleague.

- Workplace Learning Champions course
Protech Training Services in Leighton Buzzard are offering a fully funded Workplace Learning Champions course.
It is a free project giving your organisation the opportunity to
select a member of staff to become your in-house source of
advice on training, development and funding.
The time commitment is three mornings spread over three months, some work to be completed on identifying training needs etc in the agency and there are two hours of personal coaching sessions.
